- Keyboard-accessible processes.
- Assistance uploading documents.
- Modified notification methods.
- Other effective access support.
Confidentiality
Chef access requests are confidential. They are not exposed to households, not included in chef matching, and not used for marketing.
Classification Notice
Chez's platform nondiscrimination and accessibility policies apply contractually to participating chefs and households regardless of whether a particular federal employment statute applies to an independent contractual relationship. Nothing in this policy determines a chef's legal classification. Legal classification depends on the actual relationship and applicable law.
External Rights
Nothing in this process prevents a chef from contacting an appropriate government agency, insurer, attorney, or other external resource.
