Chez supports allergy-aware matching and structured dietary communication between households and chefs. Chez cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or prevent every possible exposure.
Households record allergens, affected members, severity, ingestion and cross-contact concerns, and emergency instructions in structured fields. This information is presented to the assigned chef before menu development and reconfirmed before each booking.
Chefs are selected in part on their dietary experience, but the household confirms the accuracy and completeness of allergy information for every service.
If you have a life-threatening allergy, please make that clear in your intake and discuss it directly with your chef before the menu is finalized.
